My enemy.. the API 3200 LC-MS/MS system in the basement. This machine is supposed to measure how much of a certain substance is in my yet-to-be-obtained blood samples, but first I have to "calibrate" it using known concentrations etc. It's been acting weird, not giving any signals when it SHOULD, causing my research to become quite delayed... Time is running out!!
